1. PROMOTER
The promoter is Cozze Australia ("the Promoter"). Instagram handle: @cozze_au.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Entrants must have a public or viewable Instagram account to allow entry verification.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition opens at 9:00AM AEDT on 15 December 2025 and closes at 11:59PM AEDT on 22 December 2025 ("Competition Period").
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Competition Period:

1. Like the giveaway post on Instagram;
2. Follow the official Cozze Australia account @cozze_au;
3. Tag at least two friends in the comments of the giveaway post;
4. Save the giveaway post.

Multiple entries are permitted, however each comment must tag different friends.

5. PRIZE

• The prize will be described in the giveaway post.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• Prize will be dispatched by 16 January 2026. Delivery delays outside the Promoter's control may occur.

6. WINNER SELECTION

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from valid entries.
• The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @cozze_au account only on 23 December 2025.
• The winner must respond within 72 hours or the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.

7. VERIFICATION
The Promoter may request proof of entry, identity, age, and residency. Failure to provide suitable evidence may result in disqualification.

8. PRIVACY
Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the administration of this competition and prize fulfillment, in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances arise beyond its control.
• The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
