There can be several reasons why a pizza stone breaks. The most common cause is a sudden change in temperature. Please always allow the stone to cool down overnight to ensure it is completely cold inside. Another reason could be that the stone has absorbed too much moisture, often due to contact with water or excessive liquids. You can contact us or the retailer where you purchased your oven to file a complaint about the stone.

We recommend "burning it off" and brushing it with a steel brush once it has cooled down. You may also want to flip it after each use. If you'd like to see a guide on how to do this, you can find it on our pizza stone page here.

The control knob can be replaced, but we recommend contacting the store where you purchased your product. It’s important to let them know whether it’s the knob itself or the small metal part the knob is attached to that needs replacement. The ignition can also be replaced—just make sure the issue isn’t caused by an empty battery. You don’t even need to be a handyman or handywoman to do it!

No! It is not legal to use our electric or gas-powered products indoors. Due to the heat and lack of proper ventilation, using these products in an enclosed space can be dangerous. We strongly recommend using our products only outdoors, where there is sufficient fresh air and safe distance to the nearest wall. Please also refer to the user manuals for specific guidance on the required distance from surrounding surfaces.

After each use, allow the Plancha to cool slightly and then clean it with a grill scraper or spatula to remove food residue. Once fully cooled, wipe it down with a damp cloth. For a deeper clean, you can use warm water and mild soap, but avoid using harsh chemicals. Always dry thoroughly and apply a thin layer of oil to prevent rust.

Let the grill cool slightly, then brush the grates with a grill steal brush to remove food and grease. For a more thorough clean, remove the grates and burners and clean them with warm water and mild soap. Make sure everything is dry before reassembling. Regular cleaning helps extend the life of your grill.

First, check that your gas supply is turned on and the gas cylinder has fuel. Make sure the battery in the ignition is not empty. If the ignition still doesn’t work, try lighting the grill manually (refer to the user manual for instructions). Also, check for blockages in the burner tubes or gas line.

Preheat the grill thoroughly before cooking. Lightly oil the grate or brush oil directly onto your food before placing it on the grill. Avoid moving the food too early—give it time to sear and release naturally from the grate.

We have a helpful video that shows you step-by-step how to properly adjust the hinge. You can find it on our website under the Assembly Instructions.
